Manage Organizers

Invite organizers and choose their season role.

Open Organizers → Add Organizer. Enter the email attached to the person's organizer account, choose an optional Organizer Level, and choose a Season Role.

Organizer email, level and role have different purposes.
Organizer email, level and role have different purposes.

The player and organizer accounts can use the same email or different emails. Use the organizer-account email here, even if their player account uses another address.

Choose the season role

Role
Access

Super Admin

Admin access, plus assigning season roles.

Admin

Operator access, plus transactions, paid amounts, credit balances and collecting payments.

Operator

Day-to-day member, team, division and setup management; no money amounts or transactions.

Read Only

View access without changes, money amounts or transactions.

Submit Only

Submit tournaments without access to season administration; the default role.

Choose Submit Only for an organizer who just needs to send results. An Organizer Level controls eligibility for point options and credit packages; it does not grant the admin permissions of a role.

How many organizers can submit tournament results to my season?

You can invite unlimited organizers.

Do I need to add myself as an organizer?

The season creator is already included.

Will organizers need a PRO level account?

Only the person creating the season needs Pro. Invited organizers do not all need Pro to submit results.

Can an organizer be a part of multiple Seasons?

Yes. An organizer can participate in multiple seasons and submit the same tournament to more than one eligible season.

Why can't an organizer see my season in their drop-down?

Check that the invited email matches the organizer account they are signed into. Then check their invitation/access and any organizer-level restrictions on the point option.

Continue with Organizer Credits if you charge for submissions, or Submit a Tournament.
