In a Switcholio League using Scoreholio Seasons:

• You run weekly blind draw or Switcholio tournaments.

• You use the Import Method to carry players forward each week.

• DO NOT import the leaderboard or stats for each week.

• You submit each tournament to a Scoreholio Season, which tracks standings and points over time.

🛠️ Step-by-Step Setup

Step 1: Create a Scoreholio Season

1. Go to Seasons in the Scoreholio admin.

2. Click Create Season and give it a name (e.g., “Tuesday Night Switcholio”).

3. Set a Start and End Date that covers your league duration.

4. Customize points options

📝 Tip: If you want to limit the number of tourneys that count (to allow for missed weeks), set that in the “Pool” field.

Step 2: Run Your Weekly Tournament (Using Import Method)

1. Create your weekly tournament.

2. Run your weekly tournament

3. Submit your tournament to seasons

4. Create the next weeks tournament

5. Import teams/players from the prior weeks tournament make sure NOT to import the record/points.

6. Run the tournament as normal (Switcholio or Blind Draw).

🧠 Watch the Game Log: In an import-style league, Scoreholio uses the game log to track past matchups and prevent teams from playing each other more than once. As your league progresses and teams get close to having played everyone, the system may “stick” and stop generating new matchups. To avoid this, you can uncheck the toggle for importing the game log when setting up the weekly tournament

Step 3: Submit to the Scoreholio Season

Once the tournament is over:

1. From the admin menu, click the top left 3 lines > Seasons.

2. Choose the correct season.

3. Submit!

That tournament’s results will now be reflected in the season’s leaderboard, and players can track their overall progress.

📊 Where Players See Their Stats

Players can go to the Scoreholio app:

• Tap the Scoreholio Seasons tab (Brown tab)

• Select your season

• See their rankings, points, wins/losses, and how many tourneys have been submitted so far
