# Manage Events

Review and approve submitted tournament results.

Completed tournaments submitted to your season arrive under **Tournaments** with status **Pending**. Review the event and its selected point option before approving it.

## Approving a Single Tournament

1. Open **Tournaments** and double-click the submitted event row to open **Manage Tournament**.
2. Review the tournament name, point option and player results.
3. Change **Status** from **Pending** to **Approved**.
4. Select **Update**, then check the rankings.

## Mass Approving Tournaments

Review every selected event before using bulk approval. If the current view does not offer the bulk action, open each event and follow the single-event approval steps above.

## Recalculating Points

After correcting submissions or point rules, open [Player Rankings](/track-points-across-events/track-points-across-events/player-rankings.md#recalculate-players) and use **Recalculate Players**. Check the affected division/results afterward.

## Editing Points for a Tournament

The current Manage Tournament dialog allows changes to **Tournament Name** and **Status** only. Awarded points and the other submitted options cannot be edited there.

If standings, awarded points or submitted choices are wrong, coordinate with the organizer: remove the incorrect season submission, have the organizer correct the tournament and resubmit it, then review and approve the replacement. Do not approve a known incorrect submission to fix it later.

## Exporting Tournaments

Use the grid's **Export** control after choosing the events and filters you need.
