# Choose a Display or Scoring Setup

With interactive scoreboards players can track and submit his/her own scores on tablets or phones the organizer sets up and the event dashboard will update in real time.

### Supported phones and tablets

Set up interactive scoreboards on supported Apple or Android devices.

* Apple devices require iOS or iPadOS 13 or later.
* Android devices require Android 7 or later.

## 🔳 Login Devices with QR Code (Amazon Fire Tablets & Fire TV Sticks)

You can now instantly connect **Amazon Fire Tablets and Fire TV Sticks** to your tournament using QR code scanning or a device code.

This makes adding TVs and extra tablets at your venue fast and seamless.

### 📺 Step 1: Generate the QR Code on Your Fire Device

On your **Amazon Fire Tablet or Fire TV Stick**:

1. Tap the **⚙️ Settings** icon
2. Select **Login / Logout**
3. Choose **Login with Code**

You will now see:

* A **QR Code** to scan\
  **OR**
* A **Device Code** to manually enter

Leave this screen open.

## 📱 Option 1: Scan from the Scoreholio App

On your **iPhone or Android phone**:

1. Open **Scoreholio**
2. Tap **Run a Tournament**
3. Tap the **top-right menu**
4. Select **Add Tablets and TVs**
5. Scan the QR code displayed on the Fire device\
   **OR**
6. Enter the device code shown on the screen

✅ The device will automatically connect to your tournament.

## 🌐 Option 2: Add Through Remote Mode (Web or App)

This works from your phone or the web dashboard.

1. Go to **Run a Tournament**
2. Select your tournament
3. Tap **Admin**
4. Tap the **top-left menu**
5. Select **Remote Mode**
6. Tap **Login Device with Code**
7. Enter the device code shown on your Fire tablet or TV

The device will immediately sync to your account.<br>
